Lori Muhr DNP, MHSM/MHA, APRN-Rx, ACNS-BC, CCRN, CEN,
LSS-BBC |

Dr. Lori Muhr brings over 35
years of clinical, managerial, and educational
experience to this program. She has a Doctorate Degree
in Nursing Practice, a dual Master’s Degree in
Management and Administration, she is certified Adult
Clinical Nurse Specialist and works with Nursing
Programs as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. She has
experience in ED, Critical Care, and Community Health.
She led JPS Hospital to achieve Joint Commission -
Disease Specific Certification in sepsis as the first
community safety net hospital to receive this
designation. Her doctoral project helped with Joint
Commission – Disease specific certification for
Delirium, and completed Patient Blood Management- Level
1 certification in early 2022.
